Some would say jinx is just a fall guy front man for Morgan who is disgraced over the rumours about dyers mrs so who would replace jinx ? better the devil you know or get rid ? its a tough one and unless someone of the calibre of say sir Mel Nurse is in line for it then keep him but on a tighter reign !
I think he should do his badges and look after the under 16's, and we should look at a new dynamic forward thinking, realistic young head of recruitment..........

Yeah...........................I dont think he should go but i want him to stop playing the role of recruitment manager. All i want him to do is manage the running of the club outside of the team and stay well away from making decisions on who can come to the club and who cant.... The board room is the place to make decisions collectively and not a one man band crusade who is so slow of the mark when the really good players are up for grabs at the beginning of the transfer window.
Have to agree with you Dai. As a chairman he hasn't really put a foot wrong. Just dont want him anywhere near recruitment other than signing off on contracts.
Same here - just run the business. Stay out of recruitment of players. Once the manager has been given a budget for signings, let him spend it as he thinks best.

It's not going to happen, as running the business is all aspects of it, including recruitment! He will always be involved in multi million decisions. And like other clubs the manager has very little to do with player recruitment, they give input on what positions needed with suggestions, it's down then to the people holding the purse strings to decide what players they go after. No manager should have ultimate responsibility for spending a club's money. We've seen what happens when that is the case at Portsmouth

I do think we should look at getting in an experienced Director of football/Head of Recruitment. It's what Guidolin is used to and not a role that Huw really has the skills for. He's doing too many jobs atm.
I think Huw has done a fantastic job ultimately, but I have some doubts if he's the right guy to take this club to the next level. As a fan I appreciate the statement he released today because these are uncertain times with the new owners moreover, with all the speculation surrounding key players and lack of transfers coming in, us fans need some sort of communication on what's going on.
For me the jury is still out and will wait until the transfer window has closed to make my decision.
