What about the dry tinkers or greasy non-tinkers?

Is this the Hull fair our wonderful council deem as a moneymaking tourist attraction for the hordes of folks living in east yorkshire. Hmmm i love handing over 100 of my hard earned wages to a bunch of pikey bastards for the chance to take my kids on 3 rides, have a toffee apple, win a fish that dies in a week and buy some furry monstrosity made from cheap fur and a bamboo cane. Once they have fleeced the Hull public and pissed it away whilst living rent and council tax free in a mobile home, they bugger off to the next City to fleece some other poor sods, before buggering of to pike it up in Spain for the winter.
