They're all still there from last night stuck in the airJust driven down chants and spring bank hardly a car on the road, no one going?

I know a guy who could help you with name shortening. He has a place near the Circle. Why do we always say 'Hull' Fair? Which other one would we be meaning?
It's odd because most other names locally get shortened.
I heard there's a variety of street food down Walton this year.
Any recommendations?
Perhaps the increasing cost of living is having a 'feck that' effect.Just driven down chants and spring bank hardly a car on the road, no one going?

Ps. Is it effect or affect?

That and Covid. Usually the kids I teach are excited about going, only 2 have been this year so far, some are worried about being crammed into crowds with maskless people. I don’t blame them.
I went for a walk round on Saturday, it was not much gone 1pm and Fair was already packed both along the length of Walton st and inside where all of the major rides were already going, i commented at the time how the warm weather must of brought everyone out though it was pointed out to me the lack of any Fair last year proberbly also helped.
I also travelled past mid monday afternoon and again the length of Walton st looked packed and much busier for that time of day than i've ever seen in other years.
As for the covid comments re some of the kids being scared, that's just sick that the media and government and some adults have done this to kids with there constant fear porn and proberganda for a group who are at as close to zero risk from covid as possible !
I am currently isolating with covid.
Its flu for heavens sake. Thousands of people a year die of flu. Thats nothing new and no reason to shut the country down
Er... it is?Just driven down the M62 and seen the two advertising hoardings on the side of a couple of articulated lorries parked up in a field this side of Leeds advertising 'Europe's largest travelling funfair'. Apparently it's next to 'Hull's Football Stadium'.
I always shorten it by removing the word ‘Hull’ and replace it with the phrase ‘all the fun of the’Why do we always say 'Hull' Fair? Which other one would we be meaning?
