Not been a good February so far really need a win.
Fit and firing Mcburnie and Gelhardt is needed
Midfield??? Hmmm problems that need solving
Let them dominate in there and we’re in trouble
City 2-1

Not been impressed with Egan or Lundstram lately. Lundstram wouldn’t even make the bench if all six loan players were fit.

Not been impressed with Egan or Lundstram lately. Lundstram wouldn’t even make the bench if all six loan players were fit.

Egan has played 31 games this season, he only played 19 games in the whole of last season. I don't expect he thought he was going to be playing this many games being the understudy to Ajayi. It is bound to have an effect physically on him - it explains bringing in McNair as futher back up option as well.

Lundstram has had a long time out being injured since November, he looks about 70% fit - he needs more game time to get back the expected levels but again this may take time.

Also Gelhardt isn't fully fit either - again he needs more gametime.

McBurnie is being managed as well, he has often been seen with an icebag on his knee after being subbed off in games.

QPR lost but had 20+ shots and quite a high xG (I know, shut up) which concerns me a bit as on another day, they could’ve scored more. City concede a lot of chances every game. We got away with it against Swansea and Watford when Vipotnik and Louza missed sitters but our luck ran out against Brizzle after pushing it too much.

We need to beat QPR. We need to maintain a cushion between us and 7th. We can’t keep letting the other team have so many clear-cut chances, otherwise QPR could turn up and score three or more against us.
