I very rarely get offended by football chants but that one really pisses me off. Always sung by entitled London ****ers in their stupid accent (sorry). Last heard it last time we played Arse-nal, so within the last 5/6 years
Years ago at the old Wembley for an England match we had a city flag with us. Some gobby Millwall fans well below saw us and started flashing bank notes at us.
A quick chant to them of “ you’re sat in the cheap seats” shut them up. Actually one of them spent the match putting condoms over his head and blow them up through his nose. Classy.

Sounds about right!

What a absolute joke of a team in October we were top of the league now we're lucky to be mid table, this new manager neil,,, somebody hasn't got a clue and it looks like the players don't like him,,,lazy players, clueless manager and a director of football who should know that this is not acceptable and sort it out
BBC comments

Now that is what a moan looks like ;)

I remember reading Alan Brazil’s autobiography many years ago and how he struggled at Spurs. He said that it didn’t matter how well he played he was either substitute or substituted and it destroyed his confidence. I couldn’t see a reason for Tufan being taken off yesterday.

It was presumably just because he's an attacking player and the game was won. We used it as an opportunity to make all 5 changes in the comfort of an already won game, give players a rest and others a chance, and it's always the attackers that get brought off. Just the reality of being in one of those positions, you don't often play a full 90.

I thought it was about 120 miles to Newcastle….apparently it’s 250 now…must go via Manchester
Sounds familiar. A few years ago I worked for an organisation in which, I had to organise the travel needs for the execs and the hoi-pollio. Senior boss wanted to go to Cardiff, didn't he. He demanded the quickest and cheapest route but was too tight to pay for the plane. Only train service was via Manchester. Served him right!

We had a foreign visitor recently who flew from Humberside to Aberdeen and then to Bristol for his next meeting. He didnt have a clue where he was.

Was starting to wonder if it was just me that thought Tufan didn't have that good a game. Seems not.
I like him, but I thought he was off it yesterday.
He got lucky (and yes, we're due our fair slice of luck) with the 2nd goal. At the time I thought wtf is he doing passing from there, but we / he got lucky.
There was an incredibly sloppy over hit pass that should have played a team mate in for a one on one (was it Connolly?) which instead went out for a goal kick.
I've been one of his supporters, arguing back against ridiculous comments about him, but yesterday he didn't seem to me to be on his game. That said, as with Elder, I hope he keeps his starting place, as he's quality.

Feels to me like Tufan = good and Slater = bad, regardless of what happens on the pitch.
Slater is invisible in the advanced role. Number of moves he killed yesterday by losing the ball was prominent. He’s a 6, neat and tidy in the first stage of build up. But in the final third you want Tufan on the ball over him all day and he showed it yesterday. Slater was the only disappointing performer for me yesterday. Lots of running with no real impact
