Boy Wonders office Monday Morning....

BW: It has come to our attention that you played 3.5.2 formation on Saturday...
GM: No, we stuck to the clubs philosophy and played 4.3.3... we just tweeked it a little an advanced thinking 4.3.3. if you like...
BW: Well thats alright then, just go steady with the tweeking...

4-5-2. As revolutionary as John Stonehouse's 4-4-3.

Why was their free kick disallowed? I couldn’t see anything with it, or did the player in the wall push someone? The camera did seem to focus on him afterwards.

Yes, dreadlock bloke shoved the wall before the kick was even taken, hence the retake (at least I assume that’s what it was).

Didn't see it either but the commentator mentioned Alfie Jones I think. If he was the perpetrator M'boro might well feel a bit pissed off.

Mmmmmmm McCann quote "I said to the players at half-time, 'stick to the plan' the quality doesn't come unless you do that"

Whatever it was (I'm sure Jones wasn't on the pitch by then), the ref blew early and Ingram heard that and made no attempt

What a relief to finally win, thought the spine of our side played really well in fact great all round effort. How nice to sit with a few beers after a win on a Saturday night. Really good atmosphere that last ten minutes think many were in shock. The others in my house won’t called me misery tonight. Enjoy
