I was delighted to get under 60 mins. There's some quick lads on this forum though. Me and my mate are going to do the York one as well (mainly for the beer afterwards) but our aim is to shave time off and get below 50 mins at some point. I wonder how many people took part? It was rammed. Think I heard numbers around 5000, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was nearer 10,000. I really enjoyed it.
133 of em to get through Party. Did you pose for one? http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/pict...6-15/pictures-26694404-detail/pictures.html#6
I didn't pose no, and I've scoured those pictures to try and spot myself, and I'm nowhere to be seen. The Scooby Doo man was near me most of the time, but not at the start it seems. I'm disappointed I'm not there.
I can confirm that I am on one of the pictures on the Middle Runners at Humber Street album, but as to who - that shall have to forever remain a mystery.
Did you beat Scooby? Think it'd crack me up if i got beat by some twat dressed as Lily Savage or summat.
Just been looking at the finish times and if I've got the right person you finished 9 places and 9 seconds (race time) ahead of me.
This is from the people who did the chip timings not 10k organisers http://www.chiptiming.co.uk/mobile/1/2015/457/3326/?page=9 Not sure which page it will take you to
If this wasn't billed as "the runner on the Humber" it's a disgrace. That said, well done to those that did it!
