It was a tremendous defensive display but we did without doubt invite far too much unnecessary pressure on ourselves by cheaply punting the ball back to Huddersfield, instead of keeping possession......

Should we appeal against Ayews red card?

 

IMO I don't think we'd win the appeal. in real time it looked worthy of a red so regardless of how many angles and slo mo images we look at , I think it was the right decision but that's not me who has the make that call

 

Can't argue against it tbh. The issue is with Oliver not taking action against the Huddersfield player, the later foul on Ki and when Mounie deliberately punched Horn on the face'

 

It;s not the first time we've done this and picked up a point which is more important then performance and even more praiseworthy as we only had 10 players for most of the game.

 

Would be helpful if Man City could stick a few goals on Stoke tonight.

 

We got a point through shear luck make no mistake about that and i was chuffed, But to go for 80 minutes being bombarded by a team worst than us was unexceptable and the stats was the worst stats i have ever seen.......!9% possession and camped in our own half for most of the game is unacceptable especially against a team that are below us and dropping like a stone......We never tried to win the game, we could not string two passes together and we hardly got over the halfway line and if that is good football then i hope we play badly next game so at least we will get chances to score.....I'm happy we got a point through shear luck if nothing less but any other team would have put double figures against that display........Unexceptable tactics by Carlos against a team we could have beat even with 10 men....

Forgot more than you will ever know son.....If you think that No shots OFF Target and Not a single shot ON Target and not a Single Corner and being Battered left right and center kept in our own half with only 19% possession Then i dont thing you know the first thing about Football, They hit the post 3 times and hit the crossbar and you think we played well..OMG I bet everyone would change their View if just one of them chances had gone in.....We were pathetic and an embarrassment to call us a premiership side.
