There was a definite change somewhere along the line in the way she responded to games and posts on here after games, as you say. I just didn't have a problem with her like others seemed to, possibly because I tend not to invest emotionally in these things.

Yes, I liked Wishi, think she left because of a fight with RHC, and RHC is no longer on the forum... they're both gone.

I can't think RHC would have a fight with anyone on here. My guess would be Luv :bandit:

RHC used some of his "colourful" language towards her and she didn't take kindly to it, nor to people saying that's just how RHC is.

It wasn't just RHC, and I think she decided to leave after RHC had stopped posting. TBH, she did my head in too

    Slot tactics:

    In build up; 3323

    Konate alisson vvd
    Trent gravenberch Robertson
    Szoboszlai macallister
    Salah jota gakpo

The full backs are narrow, not inverted both are narrow opening the channels for balls longer to the wide men. This is about the width of the pen area.

So if you press with two then alisson can play wide to a cb or central to gravenberch or up to either full back.

If you press up with 3 on the back line then thry have a pass out

This formation puts 5 players deep so if it's turned over then there should be bodies in the most dangerous zones in the middle to find off danger.

You will see this all the time with gravenberch having two cm options ahead of him if he turns or the two full backs should have a wide options and an advanced cm option to play to as well as a ball back to their cb or keeper.

From this deep postion a lot of salah's goals come from breaks and ball over the top

However once we get up the park it changes.

    1-2-3-5

Alisson stays on his pen box d.

The cbs are the line but fairly tight

We actually find Robertson and trent as underlapping runners or midfielders. For example look where bradley set up a goal from. This is what ange does at spurs too but he has the players just chase on madly.

Slot keeps salah and gakpo high and wide.

We actually see maccallister very high with Szoboszlai and we should really be seeing more goals from them tbh.

Jota will occupy both cbs because he will stay central and force them to stay.narrow

Nunez imo doesn't suit as he wnaders to one side or the other and allows cbs to crab over.

What slot wants is a gap to appear between a cb and full back so a szobo or a full back to run into. We have seen multiple examples or under lapping runs being fed by salah or goals where gakpo cuts in around full back and finds an acre to have a shot from.

We have the type of ball where a player can play salah in around the back wide if a side stays narrow or where salah can pass to an underlapping player if they engage him.

Either way salah has an impact massively as we are suiting his game down to the ground.

Gakpo is loving it as he can get on the end of things but also can cut in and shoot.

More examples are the positioning of a player like macallister on the edge of the box so when someone.exploits those channels we are not just crossing, we are passing back for the shot. The saved shot v.southampton midweek is a prime example. Almost textbook tbh.

The important thing is that he is trying to create some form of overload when we push up.

235 means a side who has a back 4 now has 5 to mark and they can't. An overload will.naturally occur at some point.

Teams drop into a 4-6-0 or 5-5-0 at times and cannot get out as a result so vvd and konate have the ball.back and are recycling it.

So to negate Lfc you have to go 5 at the back and man for man and that's where the infamous duel comes into it.

Watching slot's lfc is like reading his feynoord playbook.

Other things like drawing a side over to one side and boshing a switch ball across is not simply a hangover either it is our slot and he has players with huge talent at it.

The speed in transition too, this is again what slot wants. He's loaded the centre so if we lose it we rapidly close on the ball to win it but should be caught out.

In offense it's classic go fast but look where the ball goes most of the time. Into the full back channel like where nunez played to salah recently. He didn't consider the other option as he has been coached to go for that channel

You really do not see a firmino style 9. You see a guy to occupy those cbs and stop them coming out to help thir full back. He doesn't want a 9 dropping off and players going beyond par se.

I think jota suits him very well.
