Rafa though, do you really, honestly think he was a good manager. CL with n or not, eh was his legacy, his league form bar 2009 was so poor, he never contested the title bar 09 and come the end, you were no longer even in the CL.....

A European cup with Barcelona, Real, Inter, AC, United, Arsenal etc is better than a Uefa cup with most of those teams in. The secondary competition would have become the primary one because people want to see the best sides. Not the league winners of Albania and Israel go head to head....

Our last 3 managers before Klopp performed as bad as your two most recent managers.
Under Rafa we were regularly in cup finals and in the Champions League with Rafa. Rafa's period wasn't so bleak. Best manager since Souness made the club go South.
