    Arsenal will try to sign him if they know whats good for them, theyve been crying out for a decent keeper for years now.

    He obviously isn't as patient as Harps was, being a number 2 keeper.
    Harps has got his reward, but Given is good enough for most premier teams.

    the best goalkeeper that's played for newcastle probably in your lifetime who won yous so many points, what's your problem? footballers move on, why can't you? and i'm a sunderland fan

    Definately should be able to find a top division club (Prem, Serie A, La Liga) team willing to take him

    Why he's not going to Arsenal I really don't know. Unless Man City are reluctant to sell/loan to them.

    If you think about it, Not many players who left us have gone on to better things.

    I've nothing against the guy, more interested to see where he goes now. Loan to QPR? Celtic?

    Remember City loaned Bellamy to Cardiff as they didn't want him playing for a rival? Can't see Arsenal getting him.
