Too true but we"ll see what the fall out in the media is after trial - I honestly believe media pressure (rightly or wrongly) will have an influence in any future actions -looks like he knowingly did a very bad act
Notice how Terry avoids football this week on our board..... <biggrin> Sorry mate couldn't resist! But agree entirely with your post - although it should be slowly rather than fast
I've been chatting on the AJ court thread, before the trial started about footy, there's not a lot to say really mate, a well earned 3 points for you lot. I think I made a prediction about Sam when he first arrived, that he'd buy a big African lump for defence and sort your **** out from the back... he's tried and tested mate, his methods are too... you've finally got a football brain in the engine room of your club. He'll get rid of Cattermole as a first teamer in the summer if you stay up, I'll hang my hat on that.
cant argue with them, the dumb **** has lied so everyone else is going to ask the question....what else has he lied about??
He denied everything to begin with then was handed the evidence by the prosecution and so changed his plea. Absolutely damning on his character. Slimy ****ing dirty rat of a person, was prepared to make a little girl look like a liar if he could have gotten away with it, her life would have probably been ruined as a consequence. He has no morals, therefore I don't believe a word of what he says. His expensive lawyer will probably get him a cushty deal, but he's guilty for sure.
agree with above, and yes, his lawyer will get him the best deal going, and so he should for £5000 an hour!!
It's what you'd expect innit. Imagine having to fork out all that cash and you get put in a cell with leroy who wants to break your in half via the arsehole! AJ's gonna get a ps4 and all the lambert and butler he wants.
Agreed totally - what I can;t work out is why it took them until February to present this evidence. ****ing disgrace what he's done and makes me (and a large number of others on here) look like idiots for supporting him and singing his name when he knew what he'd done although he denied it! Hope his lawyer gets injured on the day of sentencing and the work experience bloke comes in so he gets stuck in a cell with big Leroy! Not "big leroy" for his height....
You know the terrifying thing about your post - it's exactly what I thought when I read crumble's post!!
Haha just winding you up fella! Agree with what you say about Catts (amazingly - as I've been one of his biggest supporters as you know) - still think he'll stay here though - not a bad option to have as back up
I think it'll depend on M'Vila actually, if he's still playing for you I think Cattermole will be replaced, but if he's not maybe changing both CM's will be too much in one window.
I wouldn't be so sure that AJ will be given a hard time in jail, like most people seem to think he will. Don't overlook he's going in with blokes who don't have morals and don't give a **** about human decency. The majority of men in them places, love money and nothing else. They'll be more people lining up to protect him for a share of his fortune, then they'll be trying to hurt him...
There'll also be a fair few lads in there who'll have done what he has done, possibly of Arab descent 'from' the Rochdale area. I wouldn't be surprised to see Adam Johnson come out of that nick with a new name Adami Al-Jihadson and a beard touching his knees.
My original post was about the fact that at the first opportunity at Crown Court he has aknowledged his guilt. To fiddling and grooming. Doesn't matter how many times it happened. He admits it happened. My problem is he knew this day would come way back in March and has readily accepted his pay all this time knowing full well that the end would be as it is. Am I being stupid to think he has taken money knowing he was going to be sacked? Lets be conservative (what a horrible thought) and say £50,000 a week? Since March? It just seems wrong to me. Plus. He also strung that lass's life out until the first day at court before he told us he'd done it. And her. She and her family have had the torment of the last 11 months and the girl has still had to take the stand. x
