How many points do you think we will end up with at end of season?

Alfie May's form should mean we have a real go at promotion this season. If we can keep Dobbo, offload Tedic, Kirk and replace them with another LB and a striker the playoffs should be reachable. If possible we might have to recall Elerewe from Bromley in January. I really rate him.

New manager comes in, wins a few, loses a few, gets sacked, new manager comes in..............rinse and repeat.

In theory we should be beating Cambridge, which would move us on to 29 points from 19 games.
But I doubt we will get to 60 points this season now.

I'm still not confident that good business for CAFC will be done in January.
Now we have Leaburn out for months. A lot of pressure now on CBT and Alfie May. Their continued fitness is vital.

If I recall correctly Charlton have only scored more points in the second half of a season than they did in the first around once (maybe twice) in the last fifteen years.

So the odds would be on us failing to reach 60 points now.
A "target" <doh> we have only missed twice in nine recent seasons in the 3rd tier.

Don't know how many points we'll end the season with - or how many 'managers' (head coaches) <doh>

I'm going for three. Apples to be gone in weeks for telling the truth about how crap our squad is.

Anyone want to revise their points predictions ?

24 games played and just 29 points :emoticon-0105-wink:
