According to Hull City AFC website tickets are no longer available for Sunday's game. have we sold our allocation?

Don't they have to send back any unsold tickets from the allocation by a certain deadline?

The maximum we can demand is 3,000 but I thought we only asked for 1,700. It's still a good show seeing as the tickets are expensive, the match is on TV and it's a late kick-off in London.

It depends. If you choose to have the full allocation you commit to buying them all. You can instead opt for less tickets with the option to return some unsold ones. The question is whether we took the full away area or chose to buy less knowing that many would be put off by the price.

If we had only asked for 1700 wouldn't we be housed in either the upper or lower tier?

Mel did say that he was going with a mate and one was in upper and one in lower which may suggest that we took the full allocation.

Or I may be completely wrong?

I applied for Upper but I got Lower.

There was only lower available for none pass holders when I got the second ticket.
Bit of a balls ache really but, the good news is that it's only £15 for a return ticket on the train.

It will be the 1700 allocation and we have sold out.

Little bit disappointing we couldn't sell a full allocation for this though.

50 quid to get in?

another 50 for travel and food?

Get to ****.

That's the message I've heard from more than a few people about Chelsea.

Considering it costs a bomb, is on a Sunday, a later kick off and is also on TV, I'm not surprised.

and it's on TV.

Chelsea paid for a train for their fans in 2008 for the night game - so the cost to the fan was a skydiver.

Even those swanky turds have limits to what they can afford for travel to away games, hence the club helping out.
