Sorry to hear that mate. Hope something is worked out soon. I couldn't stay in the same kip personally. I'd be looking at short term rent while it gets sorted.

We have 3 dogs, she is the major money maker (now) I cant afford to move out, we have 4 bedrooms its pretty amicable, just wish it would all be done, TY by the way, I think there are probably people in much worse positions

Sorry to hear that, with a toddler in the house I just do not know what I would do if things broke down. I'd struggle for sure.

Been there, done that.
For anyone going through it, it gets easier and you come out the other side. Can be tough on the way though.

Good luck. If it's amicable it's better all round and shows great maturity in my view.

I got divorced 25 years ago, so will never marry again, this was just 2 of us together, well not anymore

If you want a silver lining, at least she can't claim half the winnings off you.
Just make sure that you win once everything is finalised

Though things may seem a little uncertain now try and focus on the positives. All the decisions you make now are to your benefit and you don't have to take into consideration keeping someone happy.
Keep going it will be better.
