What I will say is, that I was struggling over new year and put it on here. The lads on here couldn't have been more supportive, and helped me massively.

Been through this twice and wouldn’t wish on anyone. You will get through this and so will the kids. There very resilient and will always love you. Just take each day as it comes and cross each bridge when you get there. Take care…best….LA
Wellbeing first @Wayne the Punk look after yourself and do as many positive things as you can. Missing folk also provides freedom to explore so find good things to do. Been there and it can be lonely but reach out if you need to
