Sorry to hear that mate. Hope you're OK. What I will say is, that I was struggling over new year and put it on here. The lads on here couldn't have been more supportive, and helped me massively. If you need a friendly ear give me a shout mate

Wellbeing first @Wayne the Punk look after yourself and do as many positive things as you can. Missing folk also provides freedom to explore so find good things to do. Been there and it can be lonely but reach out if you need to
