An ex girlfriend of mine (20+ years ago) used to like gay dance clubs so she wouldn't get hit on... (Also she liked techno and gay clubs were the only ones that played techno). She only got me to go with her once, and that was a miserable experience... Never liked any kind of night club, techno just makes it worse.
