I've been aware that certain high profile posters and others have not been honouring their bets

I've spoken with the event organiser and have his backing with this decision and it is with great sadness that I've decided not to honour my bet with @Tel

I will honour it the very moment the others do, but until then I'm afraid I'm having to take a stand for the long term benefit of us all.
