Let’s cut to the chase, Orient’s summer transfer budget barely ran to half a pint of mild and a packet of cheese & onion crisps.

We need to win tomorrow, and what’s more to do it with a bit of style and a couple of goals.

Matty Godden needs to shake off his two week concussion / slight strain etc and start earning his dough as Alfie May’s replacement, else questions are going to be asked.

12:30 ridiculous time. Our defense should do its job OK, it's the other end where the problems are, so a scrappy 1-0 will do me fine. Build from the back isn't a bad way to go, and if we have 6 points on the board at the end of the day there will be very few complaints.

I have a bad feeling about tomorrow.

A promotion chasing team would eat this one for breakfast.

Maybe a 2-0 but lukewarm win is on the cards.
6 points, probably top 4 place in the table, but only due to stolid defending and the deficiencies of Orient.

I don’t think we should write Leyton Orient off. They finished above us last Season. The thing is with League one, teams down the bottom can beat teams at the top, it happens regularly.

Coming off the back of an impressive away win at Wigan Athletic at the weekend, the Addicks are looking to make it two wins from two league games on Saturday when they welcome Leyton Orient to The Valley (KO 12:30pm BST).

Despite a narrow defeat to Birmingham City in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday evening, Nathan Jones told CharltonTV that his side put in an “excellent” performance against the Blues that should stand them in good stead for the weekend.

I think the pressure of dealing with SE7 has driven Nathan Jones onto the happy pills <laugh>

For all those that are going let’s hope we get a good result. Would like to meet up during the Season sometime.

Howdy legends, anyone here still that remembers me ?
Is the cafc website live stream smooth ? Thinking of hooking it up tonight from Sydney

Hooe all are well

Good to hear from you Oz <cheers>

I am there today - my 48th season supporting the old Charlton.

Despite all of the trials and tribulations, I still love the club and the walk down Floyd Road on a match day.
