I'm trying to stay loyal to Jacko, but he seems wedded to a formation that every club we meet knows how to unlock. Saturday was a good result for us, but let's be honest - we were generally outplayed. No lack of effort, but a huge lack of class and composure. Frankly, JJ looks a broken man, which is horrible to see - he's only been gaffer for six months. We need a change on the pitch.
Your closing line regarding Jackson perhaps tells us all we need to know.

If Jackson has had enough, in an odd way it's even more difficult for him that the fans have not turned against him.
If they had, he could resign with their blessing (so to speak).

Managing a struggling 3rd tier Club with an eccentric owner and confusion in the management structure is obviously hugely stressful.
Added to which JJ lacks the experience and confidence to make bold changes.
It seems he is out of his depth.

Big changes needed in the summer (again).
But we never seem to get them.

I fear that you have nailed it.
