No wonder Kamara had the impact he did, not taking anything away from him, but I think Becchio laid the foundations.

One of the reasons CH signed Becchio was in the hope that he could "hit the ground running" (I detest that phrase) as he'd already scored around 20 goals this season - albeit in a lower division.
Kamara was more of an enigma, an unknown quantity, as he showed briefly in his cameo against Fulham and in spade fulls yesterday.

Everton basically had the measure of Becchio for large chunks of the game. Holding a high line, knowing Holt and Becchio didn't really have the pace to get behind them.

When the Kamaraman replaced him, they defended much deeper, as his raw pace and unpredictability was a worry. That is where both our goals came from, Everton being pressed back <ok>
One thing I think we do know - he'll certainly give 100% every time he is called upon!
