Just been on a first ever cruise around the Mediterranean and had a great time, fantastic shows, nine different restaurants and show bars, went to some lovely places, got pretty drunk most nights, took the daughter after my wife’s passing and she’s already said can we do another. ( mind you I did pay for her). However think we needed it and I’m sure if I had took her on a beech holiday she would have soon got bored with me. Enjoy your holidays wherever your all going.

I’ve just done that with my Missus, and now the nagging when I’m on the throne first thing in the morning has extended from family to family and work! I’m both obviously mad, and happily married!

She only works for me one day a week, she has a proper job as well, but she does spend that one day telling me off (usually for sending gear to slow payers, which to be fair, is her job).

Finally arrived back in the UK last night after 43 hours door to door, and too cold for me. Nevertheless, great to see the family again after 3 years of not being back.

I see there has been a fair few announcements whilst I was travelling, all by the look of it, for the good.

Looking for some advice. My partner sent off for her first adult password on the 23rd March and it still hasn't arrived.

Our holiday is 34 days away. So we're getting nervous.

She also needs her driving licence to start a new job.

Any ideas what we can do?

Not being flippant but check your travel insurance. Can you claim if the passport doesn't turn up?

I heard about that pre-covid, does it still work with a lot of them working from home now?

Don’t you need your passport number to book a holiday?

someone I know let theirs run out and reapplied and it’s back in three weeks

Was it applied for online or my post? If online you should be able to track its progress. It does appear first passports are taking a lot longer than renewals.

We live overseas and my missus sent in hers for renewal to Durham 8 weeks ago, finally got notice she should have it back in 2 weeks. Totally unable to talk to an actual person (no doubt because they're all ****ing working from home - walking the dog, mowing the lawn, going to the supermarket for a couple of things, picking their arse) and every call was always caught in a phone loop. She was starting to get very nervous as it would **** up a lot of travel plans if it was much longer.
