Thanks Joe, but I try to avoid debating religion, its next to impossible to convince anyone who holds a contrary opinion.

99% of the time it's impossible to convince somebody who holds a contrary opinion, even if you prove him wrong using fact. This is especially true on internet forums where a large chunk of reasoned argument gets replaced with

Plus what Hoddle said is more of a reason to class buddism as a cop out rather than a religion.
