Seriously if you can't stop smoking and just vape then put the vape down and carry on smoking.

By combining them you're just training your body and mind to want both, meaning when you are serious about giving up it will be so much more difficult.

I didn't smoke before this job, it's was release to get out of the cold, which expanded into smoking again.

That's about 200billion less casualties than fags then

 

It's apparently the start of an expected epedemic. Because of lack of knowledge and/or research of long term effects of vaping
