I happen to know that there's an official, top secret, government department that deliberately starts all the conspiracy theories.

Their agents post on forums, social media and even sit around in pubs yakking to anyone who'll listen ...
... I suspect you may be one of them.

Their conspiracy theories are calculated to distract people away from the truth of what's actually going on ...
