What more can be said that hasn't above. I get that HBA may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I watched a less talented footballer decimate teams on and off in Laurent Robert. Robert had no work ethic, no defensive capabilities yet started most matches for one of the games greatest managers.

Pardew has no idea how to handle people, not in today's world. I get that Pardew would appeal as a manager to the likes of Barton or Nolan - people who did half his job for him. But when you have scoundrels like Ben Arfa, you need to work out how to manage them effectively and Pardew has constantly failed. He cannot work out a system in any sense, he doesn't seem to know what to do other than have a defensive 4-4-2 and players like HBA will not work in that. The 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3 or 4-2-4 type of formation would work to Hatem's strengths, but Pardew doesn't know how to do it. to a point, he doesn't have a team like Pellegrini, Rodgers or Mourinho has, so it's slightly more difficult to play front-foot football with less-than-World-Class players. But playing attractive footballer and incorporating/supporting your most creative influences is part of the game. Look at our creative players? Cabaye - gone. HBA - alienated. Marveaux - alienated. One swallow does not make a Summer, but when it's happening consistently the manager has to take the blame. The problem will not go away - whilst I care, you care, we take time to express our feelings and analyse the problem, the cnt who owns our football club looks at profts, advertising coverage and league placement only. He couldn't give a sh!t if we had Ben Arfa or Carlton Palmer on the bench, as long as his three boxes are ticked.

HBA is not fit to lace Robert's boots. Robert may have been lazy (not in HBA's league for this though) but he produced on a regular basis. Saying HBA's not everyones cup of tea is an understatement of gargantuan proportions for me personally. I despise the little ****. He gets paid handsomely regardless of the manager but can't be arsed to get into the correct physical shape to play professional football. He is an absolute disgrace.

You actually point to something in your piece which actually contradicts the whole thing. You name 3 creative players - Cabaye, Marveaux and HBA. One of them flourished under Pardew and left a better player than when he arrived. Yeah he left, but not because of Pardew. He left because of the clubs direction and the size of the club he was going and the money they were offering. He earnt that by being a professional and by performing to a high level on a regular basis. His manager played his part in that.

HBA and Marveaux are football charlatans who want a free ride. They can **** off as far as I'm concerned and are everything wrong with the club at the minute. You need everyone pulling in the same direction in any business for it to be a success. One bad apple can cause the whole cart to go rotten. We need these two shipped out asap. Other fans can fall for their talent all they want. Talent in the modern professional game is nothing without dedication.

We played attractive football earlier in the season, and we did so without HBA and Marveaux. We don't need them. Yes we need creative players badly at present and will do at the season end. However we must make sure we get ones who are interested in all sides of the game. There is no place for HBA's and Marveaux's now. You don't have to be a workhorse but you do have to work. Look at the likes of Sterling, Silva, Hazard, Oscar, Willian, Navas, Nasri, Ozil, Cazorla, Barkley, Miralles, Deulofeu, Mata, Kagawa, Eriksen, Rodriguez, Lallana, and countless others. All creative forces who produce far more regularly than our two, but also do ten times as much going the other way.

I think maybe Pards was wrong to pick out HBA on a day when his captain completely ****ed up for the 2nd. But lets not pretend this is HBA's first rodeo. Most games he plays he puts you in an awkward situation at some point in the game. I'd be pretty ****ing frustrated too.

Fair enough, I stand well corrected. Apologies to anyone for putting Robert and HBA in the same category, I did make the mistake of feeling sorry for HBA, but only did so because of the amount of apathy felt at manager and above.

The list you mention as well gives a quite condemning view of Newcastle's much-lauded scouting. Take the big names out and look at Mirrales, Deulofeu, Eriksen, Rodriguez, Lallana - these and quite a few more besides should be at the club, or players like them - Ings, Gauld (lol), Long, Boyd, McGeady, Knockaert. We need Graham Carr's remit to change. If he's as good as is claimed, then we need to see a variety of hard-working, committed and talented players turn up.

I think that's it for many though, apathy and dislike of the manager which is fully understandable, gets mixed in with the assessment of players. Carr's scouting is a funny one because he has come up with some who have a bit of everything - Cabaye, Debuchy. I accept though that some of the signings have lacked a bit of mental fortitude. I don't mind people slagging the manager, he deserves what he gets to a certain degree. Its just some of these ****ers on the pitch are really starting to piss me off. This give up and capitulate mentality is not simply down to the manager. It happens not only in terms of the league and not having anything to play for. Its also in the tanking we have taken which get peoples back up so much. Pardew takes all that on the chin, and personally I don't think that is looking at the whole picture.

The fact you mention Gauld in your post, means you are an absolute legend regardless.

RYAN GAULD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quite a lot going on with some of our fans using Facebook.

One of them came up with this, 'Alan Pardew. Hatem Ben Arfa is not and never will be a defensive minded player, dont you understand that you fool?
Do the honourable thing and resign,I am sure there are many clubs watching your situation at NUFC, ( NOT ) you wouldnt be considered by South Shields you phoney excuse for a manager, and liar to boot'.
