You've always struck me as being a good man with a good heart Ash. I'm sure if your mam could see you now she would be proud of you and the spirit you've showed to come back from the brink. I hope you and Kayleigh can help each other through this. There is light at the end of the tunnel mate.

hi guys. Ash has had his results. they came back fine, so he has had the all clear. he has too stay.in until at least Monday for observation, and them he may be able to go home. a councillor had been contacted and will be working with him daily to assist him in getting over his problems. ashley.had asked to type a message to you all on his iPad, to which i will post when he does. we will see if he is up to it later on. he does seem in high spirit considering.
Have thought a lot about you all - I'm so happy to see the good news this evening. No need for shame or guilt Ash ... depression is a serious illness .... just make sure to take good care of yourself now xx
