He will not be used as a lone striker, his role will either be 60 mins from the start with Van persie or 20 mins at the end to try and nick something. He's not there to score 20 goals in 6 games just purely as an option for something different.
So are you now saying the signing of Gervinho was a bad signing after defending him a few replies ago. I just want you to admit that when you said it was a disastrous signing you were wrong, either that or admit that you have no clue what the **** your talking about.
I'm not saying the signing of Gervinho was a bad signing (where did you get this from?!), I'm saying it wasn't enough.
And yes okay I was wrong, after half an hour of playing against Leeds I've clearly seen enough to say otherwise. Thanks for helping me see the errors of my ways
Or how about we both wait to see how well it plays out, because it could go either way? Stop trying to lord it over me, Mr. Football. Half an hour against Leeds doesn't prove me wrong nor does it prove you right.

Thanks for the new nickname i kinda like it. Anyway's i was just saying that your comment of calling it a disastrous signing was a little bit naive and i know you wern't the only one to say it but for some reason phil made me choose you to debate with. Another opinion could be that if that is his only goal in his 2 month spell imagine the shirt sales Arsenal are gonna do in these 2 months. This is no way a disastrous signing for Arsenal.
Kind Regards.
Mr Football.
Honestly Saint Kitch was there any need for the last comment. Didn't think you were one of the young agressive foul mouthed ones on here. Just take some quiet solace that you called a good call. No need to drag people through the coals with foul language.
Well if you wanna believe the reason beckham went there to promote soccer in the u s of a or if you wanna believe what 99% of the population of the world believe then i'm gonna say the money, where else would a 34 year old get a multi year contract. (not sure on length but deffo more than a year) apart from the middle east or now russia, i'd perfer to live in new york myself.
We all know that for arsenal to be a challange for the title or top 4 they need to sign world class players, we also all know that Wenger is very unlikelyto do this, i'm pretty sure that the arsenal fans know that Henry is not the answer to there silverware problems and i'm pretty certain he's not been bought in by wenger to solve this. He's there for 2 months as with chamakh and gervhino away if van persie gets injured they would be majorly screwed. Personally i think wenger should put a cheeky 30 mill bid in for torres and see what happens. But wegner being the kind of manager he is would never do that. so its henry for 2 months then back to the calamity brothers to cover for rvp
The finish was pretty standard I thought. What impressed me a lot was the timing of the run.
Disaster, he should never have gone back. He should have kept that chapter closed. It will all end in tears, mark my words. He'll be rubbish for them, his been out of the Premier League loop for too long now. The lasting impression will be that he's slow, off form and generally crap - not good for his legacy, especially after a statue in his honour has just been unveiled.
Remember Keegan's return to manage Newcastle... Expect something similar to come out of North London...
I feel sorry for Henry, going back is a big mistake
