Personally I don't give a monkeys what he looks like, how he speaks or where he's from.

It's all about performance.

Absolutely right. He’s not saying anything racist, sexist, “bring the club into disrepute” type thing, so what and how he says stuff is irrelevant.

Unfortunately. up to now, his coaching performance has left an awful lot yo be desired. Hope to god he changes my mind. (Unlike some idiots who seemingly want us to lose!)

If we go 1-0 down on Saturday, I dread the fan reaction.

Basically he's saying that it's harder to coach player from the North as they don't get the instructions as quickly, you have to dumb in down.

It looks like it's an old vid and what he's actually saying is that working in London, which has a larger population, there are more youth players to choose from than there are in Liverpool, which has a smaller population.
