Keep on saying it..he was available and the cheap option. That’s my concern too, as much as I didn’t/don’t want him, if we chase him out this early we aren’t anywhere near as attractive a job as we’d like to think

i was in west stand and did not sing but heard it loud and clear from south stand, a lot of people around me were grumbling about Beale and his tacticsI was there as well, I didn’t sing it and neither did most in the east stand
Did Peter Reid have a track record, did Roy Keane? Alex Neil just got sacked after less than a year at Stoke as he was an abject failure and they hated him. There are no guarantees with anything. The bloke at Ipswich is doing okay and he's got no track record. So stop talking ****eAlex Neil had a fairly long track record as a decent championship manager when we appointed him to run our league 1 team - can't argue.
Mowbray had a very long track record as a very solid championship manager when he was appointed to stabilise us as a championship side following a recent promotion.
Can you point out Beales track record that says he is likely to take us on again?
I’m not defending Beale, it’s been poor in his short spell to say the very least, just worry if we get a rep for quick fire sackings it will put potential coaches off, I could be way off with that but it is a concernWrong - Mowbray had a similar record in his first 7 or 8 games and wasn't given much stick because he has a track record everyone could at least understand why he'd been given the job.
This is a combination of things on top of Beales poor record.

It is absolutely ridiculous because prior to the derby, the results were better than the last few results of the Mowbray era. Following the derby, which we weren't going to win anyway, we have had two narrow losses. In one of which we dominated possession and had more shots on target. We are not a top of the table side so those results shouldn't be unexpected. Us and Hull are always going be capable of beating each other with our current squads. So criticism of him on the basis of results is a huge overreaction.Actually it turns out the fans reacting 'ridiculously' were, in fact, better informed, because it's played out exactly like they said it would. It's absolutely clear that this isn't working.
I wouldn't condone comments about his appearance, but the fact is it's a consequence of frustrations already boiling over and they're only going to get worse.
When we end up finishing in the bottom third with the crowd completely toxic and back to square one, remember we had a chance to rectify this very quickly.
Exactly.I'm going to say it and will probably regret it but unless we bring in suitable ready to go cdm, striker and possibly a left back we are going to struggle no matter who is in charge.
These will cost money, unfortunately that's the way of the world, but without them we are in for a bumpy ride till the end of the season no matter who is in charge
It's cold hard truth. No doubt I will be accused of wanting us to throw money around, having a dig at the owners etcExactly.
I have seen you call posters clueless earlier. I dont go in for aggressive posting too much. But in my opinion this is as clueless as it gets. I value everyones opinion, including yours, but it seems to me you are on a mission. I find you a bit OTT.It's really quite simple - the coaching team are massively out of their depth and haven't a clue how to change things when plan A is unravelling before them - this leads to bewildered players questioning the bench and the 3 academy coaches hiding away in the dugout for long spells.
We are already an unattractive option mate. Im my opinion anyway. I still do bits and pieces of coaching in pro clubs and the general consensus on the Mowbray sacking is we were very hasty. All these polls or votes on the internet make us look desperate in my opinion. I can see no good reason an highly regarded head coach would come here anymore. We have blown that chance for the moment. They can sack Beale if they want, but it will have to be an out of work bloke like Nathan Jones or Heckingbottom, and they will need to pay. That’s my concern too, as much as I didn’t/don’t want him, if we chase him out this early we aren’t anywhere near as attractive a job as we’d like to think

Peter Reid was sacked by City because his team were losing every week and the football was awful.Peter Reid had finished 5th or 6th in the top flight with man city.
Keane was his first job but had huge standing in the game as a leader of one if the best teams in Europe.
You are waffling away but know little it seems.
I totally agree. I still think KLD will get us back to the Premier League. It might not be immediately though. If he wants the club to be sustainable we might have to wait for him to spend money. Saying that spending money on the players we need is the way to improve the team isn't digging the owner out though as far as I can see. It's cold hard truth. No doubt I will be accused of wanting us to throw money around, having a dig at the owners etc
But the fact is we are short on experience, lacking in key areas and to address that will need some form of financial input
Genuinely agree with everything you say there, I’ve never seen anything so destined to fail in my life, Saturday could be like Friday from the offThat will be the least of our worries if this continues. The levels of toxicity will just ramp up and up. Once the home end has had their fill, it's over. That's why the appointment was so destined to fail and a very poor one. Incredibly poor. Just not a good fit.
People saying it doesn't matter where he is from, how he speaks. I say it does. It does when on the pitch it goes south and we all have to watch and listen to his absolute weak, bluffer bull in front of the cameras. We all know people from the north east don't put up with such nonsense, and that's enough for some on the fence to say it's time already.
He past record is poor and he simply isn't a head coach. A number 2. A behind the scenes cone man.
Would it look random / poor to fire a head coach already ? Yeah probably, but that's what you get when you make such a pathetic appointment in the first place.
Rest assured , if this carries on, they will do it anyway when season ticket renewals come around and the backlash will be there for all to see.

Mate I would love nothing more than our club to be fully self sustainable, not dependant on anyone, but to get there money has to be spent on all areas of the club, especially now when we are missing at least 2 key players.Peter Reid was sacked by City because his team were losing every week and the football was awful.

Definitely part of it I would say. Coaches work in teams, with a guy at the top making the big calls. Beale is the guy at the top but I wonder just how much he has gelled yet with the other 3 lads. Does he have the guy he can have that 1-1 with about his own doubts? He probably needs his own Mark Venus.OK I'm going to back off for a bit after this post as you are probably right - we are possibly unattractive to lots of managers because they can't bring their own coaching team?? Just a thought.
