I confess that wasn't the worst misdemeanour I spotted in that letter. But I'll add it to my list. When he picks his ticket up I hope he tells him this is England not the USA and it is therefore behaviour.

good spot SirWhen he picks his ticket up I hope he tells him this is England not the USA and it is therefore behaviour.
Is anybody, like me, looking really forward to tomorrow?
Its a big story, lots of different aspects for them to write something cohesive about... I wonder what they'll write on Monday... I'd love a headline ' Against all the odds!!'...I don't know how some of our fans can still claim the national media haven't given this any coverage and that nobody cares. There's been something nearly every day for the last 10-11 days.

You mean the London-centric press?I don't know how some of our fans can still claim the national media haven't given this any coverage and that nobody cares. There's been something nearly every day for the last 10-11 days.

To be honest, it's incredibly surprising to see us getting the coverage we are, and extremely pleasing too of course.
Putting Geoff in as chairman was the best thing HCST ever did.
All it will result in once again is turning fan against fan and have grown men squaring up to each other in front of women and kids. That is really big and clever, hope the media focus on that if it happens.
I do wonder how relations with the club might have been a lot different if he'd been in charge sooner tbh.Spot on about Geoff. If he's given good support, I think he'll do good things.

Maybe, maybe not. The previous leadership and committee hardly went out of their way to endear themselves to the owners, or in fact the majority of the fans either. They'd be exactly the same.
Nobody tells them how to run their business, remember.
Representatives of all supporters groups (OSC, Senior Tigers, Ultras, Fanzines, CTWD, plus individuals) met several times with the club, at their invitation, for very cordial discussions. There were no demands or threats, and the topics of discussion were mainly set by the club. The attendees were then lied to, ignored, and generally shat on. It wouldn't have made any difference if Mother Teresa and the Dalai Lama had been in attendance.Maybe, maybe not. The previous leadership and committee hardly went out of their way to endear themselves to the owners, or in fact the majority of the fans either.
Which is why I didn't give one, I merely wondered.Whatever. It's a hypothetical question with no correct answer.

Recently and in general, I think they've just pulled the drawbridge up. There's plenty going on with them, some of which we know about, some we don't, to make that not much of a surprise. The club think things have escalated recently with the Trust, as they've progressively moved more anti-owner, so relations with the club are currently as bad as they've ever been, if not worse (under the circumstances, that's hardly a surprise).
In a word NOif the new owners are presented before the match as I think they will be , will protests be stopped?
Yes you areno they wont according to some on here ... this is the problem ... people need to know where to draw the line and take note of events .. I'm not baiting anything , just putting it out there
