no he didn't have to, it's quite easy to boot a ball from underneath someone without hurting them and I don't believe Hazard even did hurt him. Very ott from cheating ball boy.

Where? Please don't tell me you mean saying "nothing will be made of it" along with "being sent off with a 3 match ban" is your point. Such a weak argument. I think that is what you mean, which is why you edited out the following sentence which explains the previous one.
 
On reflection I think it's fair to say out of all the ballboys around the pitch...Hazard kicked the right one.

Two different incidents. That fan wasn't affecting the football match and Cantona went out of his way to attack someone in the stands not even employed by the club. Also Cantona isn't even remorseful for it and has in fact shown to be proud of what he done.

no way of telling, but if people use their logic there's no way he'd mean to boot him in the ribs. If he'd kicked him clean in the ribs then the ball wouldn't have rolled out the other side though <ok>

<laugh> The ball didn't 'roll out the other side', the ball boy rolled off of it because Hazard gave him a boot.
