We are in a scrap yes, but you're not our rivals. Wigan and Villa (and perhaps Newcastle and Sunderland) are our rivals. You're already down.

4 points adrift with ten games to go. Very favourable run in. QPR will be just fine.

They have turned it around and that's what appointing a proven premier league manager does for you.

You see the above comment is just the sort of thing that comes back to bite you. Arrogant and factually incorrect

We ARE your relegation rivals and last time I looked no one was actually relegated yet

Try and have some sort of realism in your posts

Without question the worst attempt at WUMming yet...

More like WHUmming in this particular case.

I'd just like to say that I don't subscribe to all the triumphalism expressed by my fellow Rs fans. It is beyond doubt that we've been God-awful for the most part of the season and have had too many expensive and ageing mercenaries looking, for the most part, for that one last payday. Southampton, on the other hand, have played some good stuff so far, but have generally lacked the consistency that would place them in a more comfortable position. Still, I think they have enough to survive without too many heart scares and I wish them well.

Today, I think it could've gone either way... And for much of the game you wouldn't have bet against Saints. I am personally delighted with the result, of course, and hope the Rs can push on from this and claim further wins. We shall see.

All the best Saints fans and good luck for the rest of the run-in.

Thank you, you too <ok>

Ok, here's some realism: your form, today aside, is not good enough to get you out of trouble. You are playing against a lot of relegation candidates and if you lose any of them your position gets worse. You've only won 3 games all season from 28 games, so I think it's probably safe to say you're not going to get another 5 wins from the last 10. The odds of you beating the drop are very long indeed.

I'd got the hang of apostrophes while I was still in primary school, so that's a small win for me.

Still, though, the behaviour of some Saints fans leading up to this game was embarrassing, and quite frankly they asked for this.

Exactly mate. Good of you to say that and for what it's worth, I don't think you'll go down.

Cheers Uber

All the best for the rest of the Season

If there is any realism out there the truth is that if either team don't start playing a lot better than they did to day both teams will be in trouble and that despite the fact you got the points QPR. You were gifted the goals today two shots on target two bloody goals but you or we will not be able to rely on luck on the run in. It just ain't going to happen.......

I have absolutely no complaints with the result as we were so so poor today. Lambert was really out of sorts, but Fonte and Ramirez played well.

Have some respect Saints fans. You slagged us off all week and tried to do the same to Arry today (but sadly failed, as he wasn't even bothered).
We were the better team and desreved to win. Never felt like you could win that game. Move on and give us credit.
And as for the bitter Pass the Football muppet.... if you play like that against us then you are in the mix.
Thanks for the 3 points <ok>

You had a game plan and stuck to it, it worked, but you were definitely not the better team.

Many of our fans were twats in the build-up to this game, there's no doubt about that. But then again so were you.

How would my supposed delusion have any affect on the team?

Maybe if you hadn't had a 'Fire drill' with 10mins to go it may of helped the team?
Or
If you had sung more to your team than stupid Arry songs then maybe it could have lifted your players.
However
It is the first time this season that i knew after 10 minutes that we would not lose.
As i said if you thought that you were the better team then so be it........... <laugh>
Deluded muppet of the week.
