Yes. My point was he may not have been entirely truthful and perhaps had an ulterior motive for his comments.
... or he might just have been saying it as he sees it ... wouldn't that be awful ...
PS they matched United's first bid ... so which seems the more likely?
Man united need a result vs chelsea... the fans are really unhappy , so if they start badly i feel for oli... tbh i think greenwood and the new lad from swansea are exactly what they need and think theyll do very well this season.

They bid £70 m ... we said not enough ... United did too ...we said not enough ... but went higher... but I wouldn't expect you to believe a Leicester fan who called it exactly from start to finish ... the likes of Tom Thumb and the groovy gang are much better informed
Pep quite clearly fancied Maguire as Kompany's replacement, they just wouldn't pay the price.

Pep will have to reply on Laporte, Otamendi and Stones now, and he doesn't rate two of those as he's been trying to replace them ever since he signed them, so maybe they will have an issue at centre half?
