It was an embarrassing awful performance, but to blame the Spurs players more than any of the others is just biased nonsense. Walker was at fault for the first goal, but as Spurs fans we know he has that in him, but last night his progress in the final third was hampered by the worst player on the pitch, Sturridge who was particularly awful, he was selfish and self centred (no team ethic whatsoever).

Rooney was awful, Sterling & Wilshire not much better, though in his defence he should never have been selected for the tournament. Kane was also poor throughout, but Vardy was no better when he came on or in the tournament as a whole. Joe Hart also had a terrible night and equally awful tournament and the 2nd goal is down to him. Alli had some good moments but they were few and far between but he is very young and will hopefully learn from the experience as will Dier who is probably the only player who leaves the tournament having enhanced his reputation.

When England realises as a nation in all walks of life they have their equals and money is not reflective of people's intelligence. Then they can maybe plan appropriately. All I heard was how Iceland have a small population and no football clubs in the country. That does not equate to them lacking desire, passion and forward thinking.

Little Englanders ruining this country. Well shove your team up your arses and hope you choke on your own sense of entitlement.

I didn't like the result.

Can we submit a petition calling for the game to be done over?

Allahu Akbar!

Where did this myth of Kane being a better finisher than Vardy start?

Kane averaged 4.2 shots per game last season yet only scored one more than Vardy (3.2 shots per game).

Agree about Hart, he has been awful this tournament. Some of the Spurs players looked like they might do something this tournament. Walker looked okay in the earlier games, but sorry fella tonight they were abject. Walker was responsible for the first goal, Dier for the second, Rose was useless and Kane might as well have gone down the pub and watched the game.
If you consider Walker to be a defender first, he was **** in every game, if you consider him a winger, he was good in the group games. He got beaten so many times I can't believe people praised him, but then English people missing the blindingly obvious seems to be the norm these days.

Glad the Spurs players can get back to Spurs Lodge, get rested up and start learning from a proper coach again.

The Spuds did us proud didn't they <laugh>

Other than Kane across the 4 matches they were generally considered to have done well.

They were also there, deemed the best available, if they are rubbish how much more rubbish must your English players be who weren't even considered to be as good as those who played last night.

If you manage to get a few English players perhaps you can help out. I mean you voted to get rid of all those horrible foreigners, anyway.

You salty little bitch :)

West Ham won the world up in 66 last time I checked.

Spurs just humiliated themselves against Iceland <laugh>

At least we have some English players. And it was England that was humiliated, not Spurs.

I'd have thought a fascist like you would have wanted all your players out. Especially those of the darker persuasion?!....
