As time drags on, I'm starting to find it more and more frustrating that we didn't have a plan in place. Whilst Swindon was a positive result, we've also lost 3 out of Keith Millen's five games in charge and if the club has real ambitions for promotion, well that won't be enough. Rather concerningly, when perusing one of the Bradford City forums earlier today (as they're in the same boat as us, managerless for three weeks), I found the below article. Whilst Bradford linked, it talks about how since the division has been named League Two, of the 76 teams that have gained promoted, 70 of those achieved promotion with the same manager they started the season with.
Only six teams have been promoted out of League Two with a change of manager mid-season, the most recent of which was 2014/15 with Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink for Burton!
