Nothing wrong with what he said. It makes perfect sense to support the team on Saturday without any protesting.

This just divides the ground even more because we have been singing CTID all season and most people accept it even if they do not like it. It is when Bruce and the players get involved that sets the booing off. Can't help but think that the players are acting on Allam's instructions. I and many other people have replied to him on Twitter reiterating that we support the team and the argument is with Allam and not the players but surely they know that already.

He should tell Allam to stop acting like a **** on the name change and tell the robbing bastard to pay up ASI - Allam owes me £50 and I want it

on the other hand it looks as they want to blame the fans cos their **** - even though we're irrelevant it now looks like we're relevant

Since Allam out protests properly started we are averaging 2 points per game
We owe it to the club to continue

I think Steve Harper means well, but there will be protests because there has to be.

As has been pointed out a million ****ing times lately, the people that do the protesting (and rile the pensioners so much) are also the ones who get behind the team the most. Or even at all, to be honest.

I personally think the protests have ignited the atmosphere in general recently, and this is most welcome in a relegation slugfest.

The people booing need to stop being hypocritical weak back ****s & shut the **** up.

If there's damage being done it's their hypocrisy causing it.

Good point, when the players hear singing its just that, i don't think they stop and wonder is that a song to motivate me or a song about the bloke who pays me.
On the other hand when our players have the ball and hear booing they can only view it as a negative.

It's a shame that players feel the need to get involved with the politics surrounding all this. If they do, it would be nice to feel some support from them for the fans when Allam ****s all over us. I appreciate that they can't do that so why get involved at all. No-one is booing the team -if they did he could make his point and I'd welcome it.

The point is they shouldn't be booing at all, they're spineless hypocritical ****s.

If chanting "We want Allam out" is supportive of the team and igniting the atmosphere, then booing these chants can only make the atmosphere more electric and encourage the team to do even better.

So...more anti name chanting and more booing please. Hopefully a few fights will break out which will help the cause even more.
