I'm not sure she was racist, just monumentally stupid (I know they usually go together). Shilpa Shetty (from the little I watched) was a stuck up cow, but she had a vocabulary that left Goody stranded. The Shilpa poppadum stuff was just her grappling for words and not finding the right ones. I saw genuine remorse in her afterwards - not just I've ballsed my lucrative career up (though obviously there was a bit of that).
Given there was also footage of her singing a racist limerick about Shetty that was caught in the live feed but not shown in the broadcast version (for obvious reasons) the defence of her not having the vocabulary does not stack up - because she certainly had the required vocabulary when her and her mates wanted to pile on

The Telegraph are reporting that "Mauricio Pochettino commits to Spurs after secret talks with Levy."

These talks took place in a restaurant and were freely disclosed by Mauricio Pochettino the next day. Someone at The Telegraph needs to look up the meaning of the word "secret" in a dictionary.

Strange that Brian. Trump has dismissed one of his staff at the W.H. for talking about stuff AND Trump's family at dinner with others.....and another one bites the dust! That W.H. has a bigger clear out than the Chelsea management.

In completely unrelated news, OddsBible also lists him as the favourite for both the Man Utd and Los Ladrones job

It's almost as if the latter is informing the former...

...or they're talking complete bollocks, which bookies tend to do

I'm not sure if they aren't more interested in selling him for a nice profit in the future.,whether he makes it or not. It's all about money today!

From the BBC article:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49690033
On City:
Manchester City are the bookmakers' favourites to win Europe's elite competition for the first time.

They look in great shape (albeit perhaps slightly less so after Saturday's shock defeat by Norwich -

On Spurs:
Spurs have strengthened since then, but they have had an up-and-down start to this campaign, with two wins from five Premier League games.

So City have lost one which was a shock and we have lost one means we are up and down - don't let anything get in the way of a narrative
