Actually Raylor CM could work. He's got decent defensive ability, and he's a great passer and deliverer of the ball as well. He lacks pace, but in a central position you can be forgiven.
 
The best form of defence is attack. Cabaye can play in a holding role, he distributes the ball from the deep lying playmaker position anyways, he may not be the best tackler, but he can still do it.

I'd rather for go it, also when we didn't have the ball Ben Arfa and Ba would be back in midfield to make it 5 again (plus our attacking side would be stupidly fast)

Ben Arfa in CM is a terrible idea, we'd struggle with that even with Tiote DM. If Colo plays, we're only missing two first teamers:
