If anyone really feels like sticking it to the man, buy one of these: http://www.sportingtouch.com/en/footballshirts/226-adidas-striped-estro-jersey.html
No it didn't. Check the date this was posted: http://mudsweatbadges.co.uk/2010/06/08/geek-alert-new-umbro-teamwear-catalogue/
Ha, maybe I was a mug for buying that one too then! But at least at the time it was something different, not wearing the same kit as every other team around us (or those several divisions below, even...). Also the umbro branding is fairly subtle- on the new ones, making it obviously adidas was clearly the goal. The massive logo in the middle of the v on the away kit in particular renders any club identity entirely secondary
I stand corrected. Although the sash for us was in the different direction & different material & different collar
don't like the home shirt's arms. Think the away one is even worse. Like the colours of the away but what is going on with that wierd white fake V-neck? Anyway. I shouldn't be moaning because I bought the Air Florida replica last week. COYR
Just an idea of what the home would've been like without the gold... please log in to view this image
it does indeed. the gold is a joke. still not an ideal kit, but i might not blinked if we'd seen a couple of striped kits between the last one and this version of the current one.
If we finish top half or maybe even win a cup this coming season, we won't give a **** what kit we did it in. Chins up, lads.
quite like swindon's kit actually. I should mention that I liked the dimplex kit so my opinion is invalid.
I am guessing we will play so bad in the new kit, we will be playing in stripes in the Championship next year.
The Dimplex kit keeps well. I've still got it and still looks like it is newish, but don't like it much, plus it had the itchiest, scratchiest collar ever. lol
This one was quite nice I had the home one from this year which is now pink quarters with pink and white pinstripe reverse quarters and very very bobbly. Still got it but that one didn't keep so well. lol please log in to view this image
