Concacaf are still the big winners so far, with 3 of their 4 unheralded nations progressing.

Switzerland good going forward and shaky at the back. Belgium look unconvincing, but I'd still back them to defend better than Switzerland against any of the big boys.

But what I put is about best teams so far, so what happens in the coming days is not being thought of.
