If his philosophy is picking up players for minimal cost and improving them as players then I'm all for it

Only seen him play one game and he lost his man twice in the space of 5 minutes.

He was sent back by a bad Birmingham team last year and then wasn’t a guaranteed starter for Blackpool managing 12 games in half a season…
