So where does the 6 year-old thing come from?

The likes of MA get it from the sam shamoun site which he has in his sig

This notion of her being 6 is quite recent and I think I have gone through its origins before

In a nutshell its taken from a guy who wrote a book, which has since been discredited. Some still cling to it for dear life

also what people forget is that in Judaism and christianity the notion of marriage is heavily linked to sex. Therfore you have a void marriage until it is consumated.
In Arab traditions, you can be betrothed to be married but it occurs years later. A long engagement if you will

Interesting thing is that Muhammads contemporaries never raised the issue of Aisha. His enemies called him many things but never a *****phile

PS do you watch QT on tele?

If you do you will remember that Starkey bloke being on. He made a point where he said he was gay and that teh quran says kill gays

Now this guy is a historian, yet he made an untrue statement. yet many will now believe. basically because they wont research

You're attempting to use Jewish law and tradition to back up your point about what a Semite is Fan, so if you don't agree with it, then you can't and shouldn't use it.
The fact that you don't accept the obvious, which is that you can be Jewish by either descent or faith, is neither here nor there.
It's still a fact.

The age 6 thing comes from the Hadith, Jip.

I think you need to re-read what I was responding to and what I was actually saying.

As for Jewish by descent then that means I have more right on Israel than the people currently there. You cant have it both ways

The 6 year old thing was from a book, that purported to be hadith. I have explained to you what a hadith is

Your explanations rarely tally with reality though, Fan.
You frequently tell anyone that finds fault with them that they're not reading them correctly, despite evidence to the contrary.

The 6 year old thing comes from various sources, but feel free to pick and choose which ones offend your modern day morality. <ok>
You defend child marriage on the one hand, saying that it was common and his contemporaries never mentioned it, while claiming that it didn't happen on the other.
Find some consistency, please.

You know you are wasting your time. That's why I gave up trying, he never listens. If he is a Muslim thank **** they are not all like him.

It's funny watching him contradicting himself and spinning in circles, though.

The problem with you PNP is you read a sentence pick a bit of it and try and start an argument. As I pointed out earlier its very disingenous

The case in point is your assertion of me defending child marriages. Not sure how you reach this conclusion.

read properly please

I read perfectly, Fan.
It's your inability to keep a story straight that's problem.
You hate it when people point out your errors, so you start claiming falsehood or deceit.

you should change your name from PleaseNotPoll to PickNchoose.

Fact is your hatred for religion has you constantly beeling

By the Jewish laws, which you were talking about earlier in the thread, anyone that's born to a Jewish mother is a Jew.
If that person doesn't believe in any god, then they're a Jewish atheist.

I know you're easily confused Fan, but that's pretty simple.

You're clearly the one that's picking and choosing.
My religion's true! Except for that bit. And that other bit. Don't like that bit, either.
Weak.

Therefore Muhammad was Jew, the muslims of Palestine are Jews

What is it you have difficulty understanding?

I dont accept the notion of atheist jew as I dont accept Jew as a race

You seem to so what the debate? Israel belongs to the palestinians via their mothers

Hers one for you. Is the 'mother' thing actually Jewish in origin?

Weak.

My religion is true, what isnt true is the inconsistencies the haters try and bring

If anything I have been consistent with that

learn to read and then do some research.

Your religion is confusion and Google is your prophet with wikki your priest

I see he has gone

probably wikki -ing like crazy to come up with another ludicrous/ridiculous notion

Judaism is as patriarchal as they come. Father is head of the family, fathers wealth, fathers name, Fathers everything

He is IMO
I asked him about why there are Israeli flags at WHL, appparently thats just the star of David

Yeah on an Israel flag

The flag of Israel is basically just the Star of David, which has obvious connections to the club and has been flown for absolutely ages.
You'll probably notice a fair few Irish flags and at least one Cypriot one at every game too, as well as the usual English/British/etc. ones that you see at most grounds in the country.

That was my reply.

He went on to say that it was the flag of Israel and not the Star of David.
The flag of Israel's major feature is the Star of David.
Not sure how you can have the former without the latter.

Were you being dishonest or stupid, Fan?

Was Mohammed's mother a Jew? Are all of the Palestinians born of a Jewish line of descent?
Prove it.

I don't really care if you accept Jews as a race or a culture.
It's not really relevant, is it?
As for the mother thing being Jewish in origin, I've no idea and I doubt your answer will have much relevance, either.
It's probably a cultural thing.
