How is it idiocy, and why should we even care, how does a Syrian uprising affect Britain? If the news did it's job properly, it would only focus on stories that actually affect us, rather than some bullshit from the other side of the globe.

I would say maybe 6-7 tridents would get the job done, it's not that big a country. There wouldn't be a fallout, Syria offers nothing to britain. We aren't trade partners, and it pisses off the chinese, always a good thing.

Law teaches you that there are lot's of grey areas where morality and ethics are concerned, however, i think it's bullshit. It's plainly obvious, just by looking at someone, if they're guilty or not.

lets not even get into the fact that the russians and chinese would come down on you like a ton of ****. A few tridents would destroy a few population centres, the russians/chinese have a big enough armoury to return Britain to the North Sea and still hav enough to deter the US getting involved.

Younger people have a more relaxed attitude in that respect, while they tend to vote for the political absolute of the Left
