I must admit I laughed like f*ck when I heard your result today.

On reflection I feel sad for BRFC and most of your fans.

looks like the conference board on here will be just ours going by other activity on it!! you may as well call it bristol rovers instead of the conference :(
 
Genuinely sorry to see your result today - was hoping you'd pull off the great escape - all the best - you Pirates will be back.

Thanks for the kind words....the main emotion for me is not sadness or disappointment,
but anger. It's been coming for a long while and those who steer the ship couldn't keep
us off the rocks. Like all businesses and institutions the buck stops at the top; especially
when there is repeated failure!

cheers but there was never a great escape. apparently (told by a city fan on here) that we havent been on the bottom 2 ALL season until after todays game. how crazy is that!

Well said RP, I would like to think any decent City fan had a good old laugh at first (as I would expect a Rovers fan to do if the situation was reversed), after all that is what rivalry is all about. But it is quite sad for the longer term, and I hope you bounce back quickly
