I get 50mb/s down and 5mb/s upload, but not during the day, (well not with torrents or usenet anyway) they restrict you as soon as you start, I just download all my crap during the night and its all done in the morning, so that may be why its looking slow, if you are using P2P or usenet.

but i havnt had any problems with Virgin, just wish they would do 3D channels (no 3D tv yet but thinking about it)

I don't believe it!

We used to have 2mb broadband, and we've seen no difference in speed or performance since we upgraded.

The people from virgin media said we were only getting 4mb
 
Guys, try some different servers on speedtest. Some are **** and give you a low speed. Remember it's not always how fast your internet is, it's how fast the place your connecting to is.
