few side way digs at us in

few digs at us. "Ownership give you what you need".

“It’s a collective effort, we need to make sure the money is right, we need to make sure the progress in terms of where we’re looking to try and take the team is right."

“Equally ,I will always have the final decision on whether I want to sign a player or not. I think that’s vitally important so it’s a collective effort.”

Self serving little spenk. **** him.

We are a laughing stock... or at least a netflix soap opera.

I certainly don't see that. I think that the situation should have been resolved earlier, and that we are at fault for not doing that.

Like most of us, I though Neil had done a really good job here, and he is a decent Championship manager, but that's it. He only has one promotion from this league, and he took over a good side to do it.

He's a decent manager at this level, so is Mowbray. We have not lost Pep or klopp here.

Funny that I've spoken to a WBA season ticket holder and a Norwich one and they both think AN has **** on us

He HAS **** on us, and we should not have let him.

But again, though we all would have rather this hadn't happened, we haven't lost an irreplaceable talent, and certainly not now that we are actually in the Championship rather than trying to get into it.

He has got himself a good pay rise. But if he doesn't set Stoke alight, both that relative failure and his extremely self serving behaviour in this, will mean his next job might well not be at this level.

We'll be here long after he isn't.

Lad from PSG, if he signs will probably sign for the people behind the scenes. Just like when we were scouting N'Dong under Big Sam but signed when Moyes was there.

that’s the whole point of the current set up. The recruitment team do that stuff. The player signs for the football club. The head coach is just that. One man who should ideally be interchangeable without major upheaval to the whole staff etc and he fits in with the clubs structure, not the other way round. Foreign players are used to this set up and a change of head coach is nothing too dramatic.
