no - but if (big if) that story doing the rounds is true, we’ve seen we aren’t willing to pay our top assets what other championship clubs are (from this one sample size)
Most of the stories doing the rounds are supposition and quite frankly they’re boiling my piss. He’s gone to Stoke less than 24 hours before we play, the club may well be less than perfect but he’s a cûnt and always will be.

i know premier league clubs do but unsure about us
I’m not sure we had corporate tickets in the prem once and I took my daughters over and we were in the car park getting photos of the players with my girls next to there Ferraris etc as they were arriving

To add to my earlier post as you have a contact at the club.

Can you tell your contact to tell the "fuming" players, if they are that upset and can't be arsed tomorrow to not bother coming. Me and for a guess a few thousand others would rather see 11 lads busting their guts out for the shirt than some that have the hump that a manager has gone

It's going to be a hard enough day without sulking players

Mate, you have to realise how much AN changed things. How much he brought the players together and the normal respect they had for him. Not cliche Brent LJ style.

They have worked their arse off for a manager they respect. Its all come as a shock. They will be impacted by it. It's player performance and player case. They are not terminators.

Normally I am a hard arse with this stuff but with the last day or 2 and a early game tomorrow. I will be amazed if we show up.

Totally my thought process the only sense this all makes is negative

I don't give a flying **** if he sucked them off after every game.

The absolute bare minimum we expect is that they give their all for the shirt and the club. If they don't think they can do that tomorrow then they can **** off and when they have finished ****ing off they can **** off some more

Wouldn’t do it myself but Norwich better than even money is a serious price.

Easy to do that. We love the club so eventually we will avoid their blame and pass it off to the departed.

No time is a good time to go.
No but he has picked the worst time and decided to slag the club off to the players. Is that the reason he took training today? So he could get his point across and completely deflate them? A ****s trick alright
I haven’t disregarded Speakman’s actions in this fiasco, it’s the manner of which the little slimy **** has done it.

How about (if it's true) that he basically caused a player rebellion?

Regardless if he's left because of speakman not pulling his finger out or not concerning his contact, if he's caused trouble with the players before leaving then he's an arsehole

You seem angry and rightly so. It's speakman who is too blame I can promise you that.

Players will run but it will be with poor instruction. This is professional sport mate not a run about.

If every manager quit because they didn't get the players they wanted, or weren't in control of signings, there'd be no managers after a transfer window ...

... Neil is doing a 'Benitez' here. Lining up his visa, making vague noises about backing then scurrying off for the money.

Managers are never honest about these things. And they demand loyalty even if the player isn't being picked or whatever but they can happily swan off if they don't get their own way.

KLD has a vision for the club and if that means making it viable and sustainable that's fair enough. There are plenty of examples of how not to run a club.
Well said mate
There will be blame on both sides but absolutely no justification in the timing and manner in which Neil has left Makes it worse that apparently he’s trying to justify it. KTF onwards and upwards

Just seen this. Would love it to be the case. It's not. He didn't get what was promised to him. That's the reason.
