Losses, sure. My use of "profit" was probably wrong. But TF gets a commercial benefit from the QPR set up - his international air business connected to an English Championship, and sometimes Premier League, club. Hence he and his partners take the bulk of the losses.
As for the Mittals, they seem to have little control and get little commercial benefit. They may do, of course, if the new stadium goes ahead. But it's not hard to understand why currently they don't want to bear too many of the operating losses, and certainly not pro-rata to their shareholdings
